Most kitchens around Adalaj close by eleven. Ours doesn't, which means a lot of you find us at 1 AM with one question: what's actually good right now? Here's what the regulars order.
If you're properly hungry
Go for the Bombers Special Club Sandwich (₹325). Three tiers, cheese, capsicum, cucumber, tomato and our house dressing, grilled until the edges crunch. It's built to share, though nobody does.
If you're sharing with the table
Order the Mexican Hotpot (₹320) and a plate of Veg Momos (₹250). The hotpot comes out bubbling with beans, salsa and cheese; the momos come with our red chilli chutney. Add Mexican French Fries (₹220) if there are more than four of you.
If you want something lighter
A Cheese Garlic Toast (₹210) or a Masala Maggi (₹100) does the job. Pair it with a coffee or a mocktail and stay for the music.
